1. The system ingeniously integrates one RB08 robot, two CNC turning machines, and one automatic loading/unloading auxiliary device to establish a highly efficient robotic turning machine loading/unloading system.

3. The gripper's advanced design ensures a firm grip on the workpiece, preventing release or accidental fall even if the robot is powered off or if there is a gas depletion, complete with a position confirmation switch for added security.

Application Effect
2. Upon signal output by the robot, the turning machine acknowledges it, allowing entry. During the robot's operation within the turning machine, all movements are interlocked to cease until the robot safely exits, resetting the signal to ensure a secure interaction between robot and machine tool.
3. The control system is equipped with both soft and hard limits, monitors anomalies, and features emergency stop and alert functions. The gripper is specially designed to hold onto workpieces securely, even if the robot is shut down or gas is depleted.
