Blister Packing and Cartoning Machine for Ampoule and Syringe with CE Certificate and ISO Certificate
This production line controlled by a PLC system, it runs fully automatically and continuously and realizes Alu/PVC blister packaging, automatic folding of instructions and box packaging. This product has an advanced self-check function, which can automatically detect whether there are unqualified blisters, lack of medicine, lack of blisters, lack of instructions, empty boxes, etc., and 100% automatic rejection.
1. Adopt frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, servo motor traction, PLC control, realize the integration of electromechanical instrument, reliable operation and energy saving;
2. Photoelectric and optical fiber online monitoring, overload protection, fault system alarm, automatic shutdown;
3. Touch screen man-machine interface, multi-language and digital display, prompt of fault location, convenient operation, maintenance and fault handling;
4. Equipped with waste recycling and punching removal device.
